Fall Membership Meeting

Your voice matters—and this meeting helps shape the future of WPOAC.

Join us for the WPOAC Fall Membership Meeting, where members will make important decisions that will guide the Wisconsin Pony of the Americas Club through 2027.

This is one of the most important meetings of the year. We’ll be electing members of the Board of Directors, recruiting 2027 Committee Chairs and volunteers, discussing the upcoming year’s events, and gathering member feedback on the direction of our club. Whether you’re interested in serving in a leadership role, volunteering behind the scenes, or simply having a say in the future of WPOAC, we encourage you to attend.

Leadership Opportunities

We’re looking for members who are passionate about helping our club grow!

Please come prepared to self-nominate or nominate another member for one of the following Board positions:

• President
• Secretary
• Director-at-Large

We’re also seeking volunteers to serve as 2027 Committee Chairs and committee members. Committee Chairs play a vital role in planning and organizing our shows, youth activities, awards, and other club events. If you’ve ever wanted to get more involved, this is a great opportunity. How to Attend

This meeting will be held in person at the Osthoff Resort & Spa and tentatively will also be accessible via Zoom.
