Set against the beautiful backdrop of The Osthoff Resort & Spa on the shores of Elkhart Lake, this special evening is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with friends, recognize our year-end award winners, and celebrate another successful season. Whether you’re receiving an award, supporting fellow members, bidding in the silent auction, or simply enjoying a weekend away with your WPOAC family, we’d love to have you there!

Members are encouraged to donate items to our annual silent auction. Proceeds help support WPOAC programs and future events, making it possible for us to continue providing quality opportunities for our members and their ponies. Interested in donating an item? We’d love your support!
Don’t miss the Pie in the Face Competition! During the silent auction, you’ll have the chance to bid for the opportunity to throw a pie at one of our three Pie in the Face finalists. The highest bidder for each finalist earns the honors—and all proceeds benefit the WPOAC Youth Royalty Program.

Resort Policy: Please do not bring outside beverages from guest rooms into banquet areas. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and support of The Osthoff Resort & Spa, which generously provides accommodations and event space for our club.

Make it a weekend getaway! The Osthoff Resort & Spa offers spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites, exceptional amenities, and beautiful views of Elkhart Lake.
WPOAC has reserved a room block with rates starting at $XXX per night.
